Unauthorized use, digital piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or copyright infringement will result in immediate termination of product access, account suspension without refund, and potential legal action for damages.

3. Account & Access

Access to our digital products is granted immediately after successful payment processing. Purchasing a product may automatically create a customer account required for product delivery, asset management, and historical access to your purchases.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and valid information during the checkout process.
  • Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your personal account.

Sharing accounts or distributing downloaded assets to third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to permanently suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity, digital sharing, or violations of these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to be transparent and fair regarding refunds for our digital products. Our refund processing is handled directly in cooperation with Paddle.

  • Eligible Products (30-Day Refund Guarantee): Our digital product Anime Brushes is covered by a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with this product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no explanation required.

5. Disclaimer of Results

All products, resources, templates, and creative materials are provided for informational, utility, and educational purposes only. 6. Technical Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your device, hardware, drawing tablet, host software (e.g., Photoshop or other compatible drawing programs), and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to download, install, and run the purchased digital products.

We are not responsible for software incompatibilities, user-side technical limitations, improper file installation, or outdated third-party applications on your devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IE Dzmitry Piatrenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, hardware errors, software performance issues, or creative and professional outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the absolute amount paid for the specific product involved.

This includes cases involving suspected product piracy, unauthorized file sharing, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the refund system. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.
